Privadi ® Deine Reinigungsfirma
Ernst-Kromayer-Str. 28
06112 Halle
These terms apply to the use of the MeinPrivadi app. Through it you can request appointments from your cleaning company and view your invoices.
The provider of the app is your cleaning company; the software for it is provided by Privadi.
The app is free of charge for you. It does not replace a contract: the services you receive and what they cost depend solely on your agreement with your company.
You sign in with your customer number, the email address you registered with and a password you choose yourself.
Keep your password secret. Anyone who has it can see your appointments and invoices. If you suspect misuse, change it and let your company know.
A booking in the app is a request, not a commitment. The appointment only becomes binding once the company confirms it.
If you have to cancel, cancel as early as possible. In the app, you do this at the bottom with “Cancel appointment”. Whether a right of withdrawal exists and whether a cancellation fee applies to short-notice cancellations is stated on your company's page under “Widerrufsrecht” (right of withdrawal) and “Ausfallpauschale” (cancellation fee); otherwise the cancellation periods from your agreement with the company apply.
The app shows invoices that your company posts there. It does not replace the sending of invoices and does not create a separate obligation to pay.
Your company's invoice is always authoritative.
The app is provided free of charge. No particular availability is promised; maintenance and faults may interrupt it temporarily.
For free services, liability applies only in cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for damage arising from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
You can stop using the app at any time: let your company know and your access will be deleted.
This does not affect your invoices: the company is required by law to keep them.
German law applies. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains valid.
The German version of these terms is authoritative.
